RMTI has been providing our educational, recruitment, consulting and communication services to the property management industry for more than 40 years.

A number of our services are FREE, our annual wage survey and advertising of your jobs to name a few.

In Lieu of charging you for these services we are very pleased to announce that we have partnered with Covenant House, which has been at the forefront of supporting homeless youth, offering essential resources such as safe shelter, and access to education and employment opportunities.

By utilizing the free services RMTI offers you and by participating with us in assisting Covenant House with fundraising, you will contribute directly to providing a stable and supportive environment for young individuals in need.
